After leaving Fort Boonesborough, KY we traveled through Tennessee. We decided to stop for several days between Knoxville and Chattanooga on our way to having some service done in Chattanooga. We decided to stay in this KOA in Tellico Plains, TN on the edge of the Cherokee National Forest. The campground sits on the Tellico River and is 25 miles from the interstate which was a big plus for us. We hope you enjoy the photos of the campground, birds, rivers, waterfalls, and other activities during our stay.
